Ordering

Adding your desired items to your shopping cart is easy. You will be taken through the steps to create an account when you place your first order online. Once your new account is being created, your password will be emailed to you so you can sign-in to your account for future orders.

When you add an item to the cart, you will be directed to a secure site where you can view your cart and check out. Alternatively you may call us or email to us to place your order.

Types of Payment

We accept payments by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Paypal. Personal Cheques are also accepted for locals (Singapore) only.

All payments will be made in USD (United States Dollars) as the prices are denominated on our website.

For Singaporean who wish to pay in SGD (Singapore Dollars), please contact us bears@abearplace.com

Layaway

Layaway/ Layby is applicable. You may contact us to let us know your layaway/ layby terms.
We require a deposit to reserve or hold the items that you desire. The remaining of the total price of your order could be split into a few equal payments. You may then claim your layaway item after you make your final payment.

Layaway/ Layby payments are non-refundable and no credit/ refund will be issued upon failure to complete payments on time. If the layaway is cancelled within the payment schedule agreed by you and us, the amount paid up will be non-refunded.

Once down payment is paid, it is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeble if you change your mind on the item that you desired.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Singapore

For Local delivery. Delivery will roughly take approximately 2-3 days. We also offer personal pick-up, depends on location.

Outside Singapore

We may offer free shipping worldwide for some of the Artist Bears and other bears.

All orders sent outside Singapore will be based on the individual item. Please click on shipping charges on the individual item to see the shipping fees. It will be range from minimum USD10 to USD190, depending on the individual item and weight.

We offer combine shipping. Please contact us on delivery charges.

Bear-Supplies

All orders sent outside Singapore will be based on weight. We will contact you on the shipping cost once you place an order.

We offer shipping by Singapore . Delivery will take about 1-2 weeks. Order is shipped as soon as full payment is received. All shipping will not be covered by insurance. We would recommend that you choose appropriate insurance in case your parcel does go missing. Please email us if you require insurance.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. We also cannot be held liable for goods being opened for custom check.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not refund payment once you place an order and make a payment.We also do not accept returns for all items.

For Pre-order of items, we do not refund payment once payment is made. Your payment will be forfeited if you change your mind on the item that you desired.
